CUDA Deep Neural Network library (cuDNN) google
The NVIDIA CUDA Deep Neural Network library (cuDNN) is a GPU-accelerated library of primitives for deep neural networks. It emphasizes performance, ease-of-use, and low memory overhead. cuDNN is designed to be integrated into higher-level machine learning frameworks, such as the popular Caffe, Theano, or Torch software frameworks. The simple, drop-in design allows developers to focus on designing and implementing neural net models rather than tuning for performance, while still achieving the high performance delivered by modern parallel computing hardware. If you are a data scientist looking for an interactive deep learning training system, check out the new NVIDIA DIGITS solution, which automatically uses cuDNN. cuDNN is freely available to CUDA Registered Developers. As a registered developer you can download the latest version of cuDNN, access the support forum and file bug reports. …

Non-Uniform Fast Fourier Transform (NUFFT) google
Fourier analysis plays a natural role in a wide variety of applications, from medical imaging to radio astronomy, data analysis and the numerical solution of partial differential equations. When the sampling is uniform and the Fourier transform is desired at equispaced frequencies, the classical fast Fourier transform (FFT) has played a fundamental role in computation. The FFT requires O(N log N) work to compute N Fourier modes from N data points rather than O(N2) work. When the data is irregular in either the ‘physical’ or ‘frequency’ domain, unfortunately, the FFT does not apply. Over the last twenty years, a number of algorithms have been developed to overcome this limitation – generally referred to as non-uniform FFTs (NUFFT), non-equispaced FFTs (NFFT) or unequally-spaced FFTs (USFFT). They achieve the same O(N log N) computational complexity, but with a larger, precision-dependent, and dimension-dependent constant.

PyCharm google
PyCharm is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) used in computer programming, specifically for the Python language. It is developed by the Czech company JetBrains. It provides code analysis, a graphical debugger, an integrated unit tester, integration with version control systems (VCSes), and supports web development with Django. PyCharm is cross-platform, with Windows, macOS and Linux versions. The Community Edition is released under the Apache License, and there is also Professional Edition released under a proprietary license – this has extra features. …
